Community Center Rental

Due to COVID-19 no rental reservations are currently being taken. Prices and conditions are subject to change.

The Islands Community Center is a perfect venue for weddings, celebrations, special occasions, luncheons, meetings and other standard social celebrations. Reasonable rates. Rentals are available for Islands Residents and Non-residents.


The center is located at 825 S. Islands Drive West, Gilbert, 85233.

Rental includes access to a warming kitchen, east side amphitheater, interior and exterior restrooms, as well as the inventory noted below.

Private rental capacity is 100 people. The dimension of the room is 28′ X 57′.


Rentals includes use of the following for indoor use only.

  • Fifteen 6’x3′ white banquet tables
  • Ten 60″ Round Tables
  • 100 black stacking chairs

Monday –Thursday (5 p.m. to 10 p.m.) $200.00 $400.00 
Friday  (access time varies, out by 12am) $400.00  $800.00

Refundable Security Deposit:

for 4 hours


Rentals are based on availability and are first come first serve. The security deposit of $350.00 ($700 non-residents), completed contract and driver’s license is required to reserve the Event date. This must be received prior to confirmation of the date/time. Reservation is not complete without validation from The Islands Association.

  • Please note the requirements in the contract, as you must fully comply.
  • Certificate of Insurance is required listing The Islands Community  as additionally insured for $1,000,000.
  • Certificate of Insurance and Rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event.
