Correspondence to the Board is through the onsite management team at the onsite office. Please send correspondence in written form. Residents can also attend the monthly open session meeting and speak to the Board during the Homeowner Forum.
Board Meeting Schedule
Meetings are held at The Islands Community Center, 825 S. Islands Drive West, Gilbert, 85233.
Open Session: The Board of Directors typically meets on the fourth Monday of each month. The open session for the Board meeting begins at 5:00 pm.
Executive Session: Following each open session is a scheduled Executive Board Meeting.
To be placed on the agenda for a Board Meeting, please submit your request in writing to the onsite office by the 15th of the month.

January 23rd February 27th
April 19th (Annual Meeting of the Members)
May 22nd June 20th (5:00pm to review vendor contracts)
