Community Center Rental

 

The Islands Community Center received a refreshing update in Summer/Fall 2023 and is a perfect venue for weddings, celebrations, special occasions, luncheons, meetings and other standard social celebrations. Reasonable rates. Rentals are available for Islands Residents only. 

Description: 

The center is located at 825 S. Islands Drive West, Gilbert, 85233.

Rental includes access to a warming kitchen, outside patio (east of room), interior and exterior restrooms, as well as the inventory noted below.

Private rental capacity is 100 people. The dimension of the room is 28′ X 57′.

Inventory:

Rentals includes use of the following for indoor use only.

  • Fifteen 5’x3′ white banquet tables
  • Ten 60″ Round Tables
  • 100 black stacking chairs

 

Rental Fees:

Day Resident  
Monday –Thursday (5 p.m. to 10 p.m.) $250.00  
Friday  (access time varies, out by 12am) $450.00   
Saturday (8am to 12am) $450.00   
Sunday (8am to 12am) $450.00   
Holidays (8am to 12am) $450.00   
Refundable Security Deposit:

$350.00  
Non-refundable Security Guard Fee:
(If alcohol is present)
$50/hour
with a 4 hour
minimum
 

Booking:

Rentals are based on availability and are first come first serve for residents and their guests. The security deposit of $350.00, completed contract and driver’s license is required to reserve the event date. This must be received prior to confirmation of the date/time. Reservation is not complete without validation from The Islands Association.

  • Please note the requirements in the contract, as you must fully comply.
  • A certificate of Insurance is required listing The Islands Community as additionally insured for $1,000,000.
  • Certificate of Insurance and Rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event.
